Carylon has been in the logistics industry for over 30 plus years before starting DinaCato IFFS, Ltd.

Over the years, she has worked for other larger global Freight Forwarders and self-educated herself in the areas of Air, Ocean and Road freight Services, documentation and legalization of documents.  With this experience and knowledge, she has streamlined the logistic process to proactively manage and save costs offering a successful service Door to Door.

Carylon started her own company in Atlanta, GA and relocated to the United Kingdom where she continued to provide Logistics Services on the European Continent, US/UK Trade lane and  Cross Trade from any origin to most destinations globally.

In 2021, Cary set-up a US Company, Mansell IFFS, LLC which offers the same services as DinaCato.  Both companies work together in tandem to provide US/UK logistic services.

She has learned that the main key to successful shipping starts with  Excellent Customer Service!  Transparency, strong communication skills and proactive management are vital to ensure  success for our Customers.

Gary Hills has been in the Logistics Industry for over 20 years in Project Logistics, 3PL Warehouse Logistics, container haulage and much more.

Having worked with many blue chip companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Cartier, Volvo Construction, Komatsu Construction machinery including JCB. He understands the importance for critical time keeping and quality of support with clear communication, planning/scheduling is a must to achieve the best result for your Client and company.

He has experience running his own company and understands the importance of being organised and efficient in the areas of commercial aspects in running a business.
